A LOT OF PEOPLE may not realize that Trump's golf course is also a public access hiking trail & public access beach...must have been part of the deal that public would be given access to the beach and beach trail ...good deal..although the beach isn't too great for swimming ..; i was here a few years ago when a plane crashed on the beach and the fire dept really mangled the clean-up job. The plane at the time of the crash was still in decent, possibly repairable shape, but they tried flipping it upright by hooking a rope to the wing from one of their trucks and the plane didn't budge but it basically cinched a knot on the plane that demolished it...wonder what they told the owner. They should have had a knowledgeable capable crew to come out and save the plane...not sure why they even tried to do so themselves...there was no emergency nor fire.
